Special Needs Trust Seminar

The Richland County Board of Developmental Disabilities is pleased to host Barry Jamieson, CFP, MA (special needs certified financial planner with CMP Financial Planning) and Brian Cook, (special needs attorney and representative of the Community Fund Management Foundation) for a presentation regarding the question, "Should I set up a special needs trust (SNT)?" 

The presenters will address:

• What are SNTS
• The pros and cons
• How SNTs fit into family estate planning
• How SNTs work with other tax preference accounts (i.e. STABLE accounts)
• Picking the right attorney, trustee, trust administration and taxation
• Answer your legal and financial questions regards SNTs
