Free Yoga Classes offered to individual/families served by Richland Newhope (10 and up).  Yoga Mats are provided.  Yoga can be done on the floor, in your wheelchair, or in a chair.  A support person must stay during the class.  Pre-register by texting or calling Yoga Instructor Stephanie (419) 632-0762.
