Primary Function: Under the supervision of the Manager of Residential Services, this position will plan, implement and evaluate service delivery of the Habilitation Department. Maintain necessary records and reports in an accurate manner consistent with relevant standards; maintain and update implementation of all relevant standards to ensure compliance with ODH and DODD rules and regulations. Monitor all services delivered to assigned individuals, including those not delivered within the Residential site. Complete the responsibilities of a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP).

QUALIFICATIONS:

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree required, Education, Psychology, Human Service or related field or Registered Nurse license preferred. One year experience working with Individuals with Developmental Disabilities. Minimum of two (2) years management or supervisory experience (a combination of education and experience may be considered). Strong preference given to candidates with program experience in ICF/DD settings. Must be physically able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, position and transfer.

Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License and maintain insurability as required by Board Policy.

CERTIFICATION: State (if developed) and Federal QIDP, current CPR and First Aid; Delegated Nursing, Defensive Driving and Over the Road Training (provided by RCBDD).
