Yoga

Richland Newhope has partnered with the Youth & Family Council, Mid Ohio Education Service Center and Stephanie Campbell (yoga instructor) to bring YOGA classes to individuals served by Richland Newhope (age 10 and up) at no charge.  All participates must be pre-registered by texting or calling Stephanie at (419) 632-0762. When registering, please provide information on any mobility challenges so that the instructor can be aware of any modifications that may be needed for class. Yoga mats will be provided.  A support person must stay during the class time (this person may participate in the yoga class or sit in the back but will be included in the total count for the class). Please show up to class if you are registered.  There is a limit of 9 participants per class so that participants can be socially distanced at least 6 feet from one another.  If you are feeling sick or have a temperature, do NOT attend.  

Location:  Mid Ohio Education Service Center, 890 West 4th Street.
