Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION:  Under general direction of the Manager of Human Resources, responsible for assigned Employee Resource functions including developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, reduce turnover, and foster a positive workplace culture. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand employee needs, conducting surveys and interviews, analyzing data, and creating programs that support engagement and retention. The specialist will also monitor the effectiveness of these initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Completion of secondary education supplemented by college level coursework in personnel or a related field. 3+ years’ experience in employee engagement, retention, or related HR functions. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful employee engagement and retention programs. (A combination of extensive related education or experience may be considered).  Must maintain a valid Ohio Driver's License and be insurable.
